Vatican Abolishes Index Librorum Prohibitorum (1966)

Compiled by official Roman Catholic censors, Index Librorum Prohibitorum—"List of Prohibited Books"—was a catalog of works considered dangerous to the faith or morals of Catholics. Medora Musical (2019)
